Feng County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 08:32 on January 17, 2026: It is expected that within the next 24 hours, Huangniupu Town and Honghuapu Town in our county will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 5 levels (gusts of 7 levels or above). Please take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments should do a good job of preventing gale in accordance with their duties;

2. Close doors and windows, reinforce hoardings, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by high winds, and cover building materials;

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅1月16日12时00分联合发布设施农业雪灾、低温灾害风险预警：预计1月19日至21日，我省将有寒潮和雨雪冰冻天气过程，主要降雪时段在19日-20日。预计最低气温出现在21日清晨,陕北、关中北部-14～-8℃，关中南部-8～-5℃，陕南-7～-2℃。此次寒潮雨雪天气过程易导致部分温室大棚遭受雪压垮塌，棚内蔬菜受冻。其中19-20日渭南东南部、西安东南部局地、商洛东北部设施农业出现雪灾的风险较高（黄色预警）；19-21日榆林北部局地、渭南北部和东南部、铜川大部、咸阳北部，宝鸡东北部、西部和南部，西安西南部、商洛东北部和南部局地、安康北部和东南部局地设施农业低温灾害风险较高；铜川北部局地设施农业低温灾害风险高（橙色预警）。建议上述设施农业种植区提前加固棚体，加盖防寒物，及时清除棚体积雪，防止设施垮塌受损、棚内蔬菜受冻；科学调控棚内温湿度，做好增温补光、肥水管理，同时加强作物病虫害防控。
