2026年4月10日13时40分发布大风蓝色预警信号:预计4月10日13:40-10日19:40，夔门街道、草堂镇、白帝镇、康乐镇、汾河镇、新民镇、长安乡、永乐镇、冯坪乡、鹤峰乡、夔州街道、永安街道、鱼复街道、康坪乡、大树镇、公平镇、朱衣镇、红土乡、石岗乡、兴隆镇、青龙镇、羊市镇、五马镇、安坪镇、甲高镇、龙桥乡、云雾乡、太和乡、吐祥镇等29个乡镇（街道），可能受大风影响，阵风可达7级以上，请注意防范。防御指南：1.关好门窗，非必要不外出。妥善处置窗台、阳台等室外搁置物。2.暂停户外高空作业。不在玻璃门窗、广告牌、脚手架、塔吊、索桥、索道、缆车等较易发生危险区域逗留；加固围板、棚架等搭建物。3.行驶车辆及船舶注意采取避风措施。4.相关各级部门按照职责，做好大风防范应对工作。

5. Relevant departments and units pay attention to the fire prevention of forests and grasslands.
