The Funing District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 15:38 on September 23, 2026: It is expected that from tonight to tomorrow day, all towns and streets in our district will be affected by strong winds. Coastal waters and areas will experience northeast winds of 5-6 levels, gusts of 7-8 levels, and other areas of 4-5 levels, gusts of 6 levels. The wind will gradually weaken after 17:00 on the 24th. Please take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
