阜宁县气象台2025年12月23日11时32分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：受较强冷空气影响，预计24-26日我县各镇（街道、社区）48小时最低气温将下降8℃左右，26日早晨最低气温降至-4～-3℃，有冰冻，并伴有6～7级的偏北大风。县应急局（防减救灾办）、气象局联合提醒做好防范。
