阜宁县气象台2026年07月20日04时16分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计今天凌晨到上午我县部分镇（街道、社区）将出现6小时50毫米及以上的强降水，局部伴有雷电和7到9级短时阵风。县应急局（防减救灾办）、水务局（防办）、气象局联合提醒做好防范。
