青海省气象台08月14日18时30分发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计，08月14日20时至8月15日20时，化隆、共和、治多、杂多及唐古拉山区等地的部分地区累计降水量可达25～40毫米。强降水时段主要集中在14日20时至15日05时、15日12时至20时，最大小时雨强可达20～40毫米，降水期间伴有短时强降水、冰雹、雷暴大风等强对流天气。发生山体滑坡、泥石流、中小河流洪水、山洪、城乡积涝等次生灾害的气象风险较高，请注意防范。

At 15:00 on August 14th, the Haibei Prefecture Meteorological Observatory issued a strong convective blue warning: it is expected that from 15:00 on August 14th to 15:00 on August 15th, thunderstorms and strong winds of level 8 or above will occur in most parts of Haiyan, southern Gangcha, eastern Qilian, and southern Menyuan, accompanied by hail in some areas. Short term heavy precipitation will occur in southern Gangcha and southern Haiyan, with a maximum hourly rainfall intensity of 15-25 millimeters. Strong convective weather is mainly concentrated from 16:00 on August 14th to 02:00 on August 15th.
