海伦市气象台2026年05月23日09时05分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时我市永富镇、海北镇、伦河镇、百祥镇、爱民乡、丰山乡、海兴镇、福民乡、共荣镇、联发镇、共合镇、祥富镇、海南乡、双录乡、乐业乡、前进镇、永和镇、向荣镇、东风镇、长发乡、东林乡、海伦农场、红光农场、海伦镇、扎音河乡及周边乡镇平均风力5～6级，阵风可达7～8级，请有关单位和个人注意做好防范工作。
