The Haishu District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing at 17:57 on January 31, 2026: Due to the influence of rain and snow weather, it is expected that the road surface temperature in some high-altitude mountainous areas of towns (townships) such as Zhangshui, Hengjie, and Longguan in our district will be below 0 ℃ from tonight to the morning after tomorrow, and road icing may occur. Please pay attention to preventing its adverse effects on transportation.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
