At 15:57 on August 7, 2026, Haiyan Meteorological Station issued a typhoon blue warning signal: under the influence of typhoon "White Dolphin", there has been a gale of 8 levels along the coast of our county. It is expected that all towns (streets) in our county will have heavy rainfall from this afternoon to 11, with the accumulated rainfall up to heavy rainstorm, some extremely heavy rainstorm, and accompanied by inland gales of 8 to 10 levels and coastal gales of 10 to 12 levels. It is necessary to focus on preventing the adverse effects of sustained strong winds on urban operations, maritime and fishing activities, construction sites, etc. Attention should be paid to high-altitude falling objects. At the same time, measures should be taken to prevent and respond to the rising water levels in river networks and urban waterlogging caused by heavy rainfall.
