The Harbin Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave at 20:00 on December 6th: the lowest temperature in most parts of the city will drop by 8 ℃ in the next 48 hours. The highest temperature during the day on December 8th will be around -10 ℃, and the lowest temperature at night will be -30~-24 ℃ in the eastern and northern parts, and -23~-17 ℃ in other areas.
