龙海区水利局于2025年08月13日07时43分发布山洪灾害风险蓝色预警：根据省气象台降雨数值预报，预计未来24小时，以下区域可能出现山洪灾害风险：蓝色预警区域：海澄镇中部；白水镇中部；浮宫镇中部；程溪镇西部；港尾镇东部；九湖镇西北部；颜厝镇西北部；榜山镇北部；东园镇中部；东泗乡中部；隆教畲族乡东南部；双第华侨农场中部。其它地区也可能因局地短历时强降水引发山洪灾害，请各地注意做好实时监测、防汛预警和转移避险等防范工作。

The Huian County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue typhoon warning signal at 07:26 on August 13, 2025: Typhoon Yangliu, the 11th typhoon of this year, was located on the sea surface about 140 kilometers southeast of Taitung City, Taiwan at 07:00 today. The maximum wind speed near the center was 14 levels (42 meters per second, strong typhoon level). It is expected that Yangliu will move towards the northwest at a speed of 25-30 kilometers per hour and make landfall along the southeastern coast of Taiwan around noon. Affected by it, the wind speed along the coast of our county gradually increased to gusts of 8-10 levels during the day today. Please take precautions!

Description

Within 24 hours may be or has been affected by a tropical cyclone, coastal or land average wind force is 6 or more, or gust can reach 8 or more and may persist.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop outdoor group activities and high-altitude outdoor dangerous operations;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

4. Reinforce doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, and cut off dangerous outdoor power sources.
