The Tianjin Ocean Center Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds over the sea at 15:40 on November 17, 2025: Currently, the wind speed in the Tianjin Port area, Nangang area, Tianjin Port anchorage area, and central Bohai Sea area has weakened. It is expected that there will be northwest winds of 5-6 levels and gusts of 7 levels from the evening to the first half of the night. Due to the influence of supplementary cold air, there will be northwest winds of 6-7 levels and gusts of 8 levels again in the above-mentioned areas from the second half of the night to tomorrow morning. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.

When it is forecasted that wind force is 7-8 (or gust 9-10) may appear in the sea area in the next 48 hours, or it has appeared and will continue.
