At 11:35 am on December 3, 2025, the Tianjin Ocean Center Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds at sea: currently, the wind in the anchorage area of Tianjin Port and the central Bohai Sea has weakened, and it is expected that there will be a northwest wind to southwest wind of 5-6 levels from this afternoon to the first half of the night. Later, due to the influence of supplementary cold air, the above-mentioned sea areas, as well as the sea areas of Tianjin Port and Nangang, will once again increase to west to northwest wind of 6-7 levels and gusts of 8 levels. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Description
When it is forecasted that wind force is 7-8 (or gust 9-10) may appear in the sea area in the next 48 hours, or it has appeared and will continue.
