At 12:17 on July 3, the Jinsha County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, towns such as Yumo, Liutang, Gaoping, Huajue, Anluo, Xinhua, and Datian in our county will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind force of 6 or above and gusts of 7 or above, and will continue. Please check doors, windows, and outdoor equipment in a timely manner, dispose of outdoor falling objects properly, stop outdoor operations and activities in parks, scenic spots, amusement parks, underwater, docks, high-altitude areas, etc. Drive ships cautiously or stop sailing. Relevant departments and townships are requested to take preventive measures.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
