At 11:40 am on May 9, 2025, the Yunlian County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: Xunsi Town, Leyi Township, Muai Town, Tengda Town, Yunlian Town, Gaoping Miao Township, Lianhe Miao Township, Tuanlin Miao Township, Fengle Township, Haoba Town, Zhenzhou Town, and Daxueshan Town in Yunlian County will be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or above or gusts of 7 or above. Please pay attention to closing doors and windows, reinforcing enclosures, scaffolding, billboards, and other structures. Pay attention to road and driving safety. Do not linger under billboards, temporary structures, etc. during windy weather. Suspend outdoor collective activities and water operations.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
