开远市气象台2026年8月27日12时31分变更发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：过去3小时开远市乐白道街道开远站已经出现42.1毫米降水；未来12小时降雨趋于减弱，灵泉、乐白道、小龙潭、中和营等乡镇（街道）暴雨灾害风险高，请防范可能引发的内涝、山洪、地质灾害。

开远市气象台、开远市水务局2026年8月27日9时30分联合发布山洪灾害风险Ⅲ级预警：预计未来24小时，我市碑格、灵泉、乐白道、大庄、羊街等乡镇（街道）发生山洪灾害气象风险等级较高，请相关部门、各乡镇加强辖区内山洪隐患点和河流、沟渠、坝塘等重点区域的巡查力度和频次，遇有重要情况，及时报告并做好应急处置工作。

开远市气象台、开远市自然资源局2026年8月27日8时30分联合发布地质灾害气象风险Ⅲ级预警：预计未来24小时，我市大庄、羊街、碑格、中和营、乐白道等乡镇（街道）地质灾害气象风险等级较高，易出现滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害，请各乡镇做好值班值守，督促地质灾害监测员做好巡查、监测和信息上报工作，同时请各有关单位协同做好防范工作，有紧急情况，优先转移受威胁群众。
