Kaiyuan Meteorological Observatory issues yellow warning for geological hazards and meteorological risks

Issue date: 2026-07-08T16:28+08:00

At 16:28 on July 8, 2026, Kaiyuan Meteorological Observatory and Kaiyuan Natural Resources Bureau jointly issued a Level III geological disaster meteorological risk warning: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, the geological disaster meteorological risk level in towns (streets) such as Lingquan, Lebaidao, Dazhuang, and Zhongheying in our city will still be relatively high, and geological disasters such as landslides and mudslides are prone to occur. Please ensure that all towns and villages are on duty and supervise geological disaster monitors to carry out inspections, monitoring, and information reporting work. At the same time, please coordinate with relevant units to do a good job in prevention. In case of emergency, priority should be given to transferring threatened populations.
