河北省气象台2025年08月15日20时46分继续发布雷电黄色预警信号：预计今天夜间，全省大部分地区及渤海海域有雷阵雨，雷雨时局地伴有短时强降水（雨强30-60 毫米/小时，局地可达80 毫米/小时以上)、短时大风（8-10级，个别地点可达11级以上）、冰雹等强对流天气，请注意防范。

At 19:17 on August 15, 2025, the meteorological station of Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County continued to issue the yellow warning signal of rainstorm: it is expected that there will be rainstorm in all towns and villages in the county from evening to night, and heavy rainstorm in southwest towns and villages, such as Dushigou Township, Xieluotai Town, Nianziyu Town, Mengziling Township, Yuerya Town, Songling Town, Huajian Township, accompanied by short-time heavy rainfall (maximum rainfall intensity of 40~60mm/h), thunderstorm gale (magnitude 7~10), hail and other severe convective weather. Please pay attention to prevention.

Description

Rainfall will reach more than 50 mm within 6 hours, or it has reached more than 50 mm and the rainfall may continue.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing rainstorms in accordance with their duties;

2. The traffic management department shall adopt traffic control measures on heavy rainfall road sections according to road conditions, and implement traffic guidance on road sections with stagnant water;

3. Cut off dangerous outdoor power supplies in low-lying areas, suspend outdoor operations in open areas, and transfer people in dangerous areas and residents of dangerous houses to safe places to avoid rain;

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.
