莱州市气象台2025年11月23日15时24分发布大风黄色预警信号：受较强冷空气影响，预计24日傍晚到25日上午，我市全部镇街，阴有小雨转雨夹雪；北到西北风，沿海海面最大风力7～8级阵风9～10级，陆地5～6级阵风7～9级；降水和大风主要出现在24日夜间。请注意防范大风天气对农业生产、海陆交通和城市生活等的不利影响。

山东省气象台于11月23日11时20分发布海上大风黄色预警：受冷空气影响，我省各预报海区将出现大风天气。24日白天，渤海、渤海海峡和黄海中部偏西风5～6级转北风7～8级阵风9～10级，黄海北部南风5～6级转北风6～7级阵风8级；24日夜间，北风，渤海海峡、黄海北部和中部7～8级阵风9～10级局部11级，渤海7～8级阵风9～10级逐渐减弱到6～7级阵风8级；25日白天，黄海北部和中部北风7～8级阵风9～10级局部11级逐渐减弱到6～7级阵风8级，渤海海峡北风7～8级阵风9～10级逐渐减弱到5～6级，渤海北风转南风5～6级。此次大风过程对海上交通运输、生产作业和沿海养殖等有不利影响，请做好防范工作。
