吕梁市规划和自然资源局与吕梁市气象局2025年8月19日17时30分联合发布地质灾害气象风险预警：受较强降水影响，预计未来24小时，吕梁临县、柳林县、石楼县、岚县、中阳县部分区域地质灾害气象风险预警级别为3级(黄色)；吕梁市兴县部分区域地质灾害气象风险预警级别为4级(蓝色)；请上述地区政府、部门和群众根据预警等级采取相应的应急措施；黄色预警，气象因素致突发性地质灾害的风险较高，做好隐患点的排查、巡查和监测工作，每天巡查监测不少于2次，特别是房前屋后边坡要进行重点巡查，发现险情，及时采取避让措施。蓝色预警，气象因素致突发性地质灾害发生有一定风险，风险预警时间内对重要地质灾害隐患点进行巡查监测，密切关注地质灾害气象风险预警。预警起始时间：8月19日20时，请相关部门做好地质灾害防治工作。

岚县气象台2025年08月19日08时27分发布雷暴大风蓝色预警信号，预警区域：界河口镇、上明乡、岚城镇、顺会乡。预计未来6小时预警区域将出现雷暴大风天气，阵风风力达7级以上或有较强雷电，局部地区伴有阵性降水等对流性天气。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防风防雷工作；2.注意有关媒体报道的雷雨大风最新消息和有关防风通知，学生停留在安全地方；3.关好门窗，加固围板、棚架、广告牌等易被风吹动的搭建物，妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品，遮盖建筑物资；4.户外人员应当躲入有防雷设施的建筑物或者汽车内；不要在树下、电杆下、塔吊下避雨；在空旷场地不要打伞，不要把农具等扛在肩上。
