山东省气象台于7月13日16时00分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：12日下午台风“巴威”外围云系开始影响我省，截至13日15时，枣庄、临沂、日照、淄博南部和潍坊南部已出现中到大雨部分地区暴雨，其他地区出现小雨局部中雨。预计13日夜间至14日白天，临沂北部、日照、潍坊、青岛、烟台和威海有大雨局部暴雨或大暴雨（30～60毫米，局部100～200毫米），其他地区有小到中雨局部大雨或暴雨（5～15毫米，局部50毫米以上）。强降水主要集中在13日夜间至14日上午，局地伴有短时强降水，最大小时降水量30～50毫米。

山东省气象台于7月13日16时00分继续发布台风黄色预警：今年第9号台风“巴威”13日15时中心位于江苏省徐州市新沂市境内，最大风力8级（18米/秒，热带风暴级），中心最低气压990百帕。预计，“巴威”将以每小时15公里左右的速度向东北方向移动，强度变化不大，13日夜间以热带风暴强度沿我省南部沿海北上，经山东半岛，14日白天移入黄海北部海面，并逐渐变性为温带气旋。降雨：12日下午台风“巴威”外围云系开始影响我省，截至13日15时，枣庄、临沂、日照、淄博南部和潍坊南部已出现中到大雨部分地区暴雨，其他地区出现小雨局部中雨。预计13日夜间至14日白天，临沂北部、日照、潍坊、青岛、烟台和威海有大雨局部暴雨或大暴雨（30～60毫米，局部100～200毫米），其他地区有小到中雨局部大雨或暴雨（5～15毫米，局部50毫米以上）。强降水主要集中在13日夜间至14日上午，局地伴有短时强降水，最大小时降水量30～50毫米。大风：13日夜间，黄海中部南风8级阵风9～10级，渤海海峡和黄海北部东南风6～7级阵风8级增强到7级阵风8～9级，渤海东北风5～6级转北风6～7级阵风8级。14日白天，黄海北部和中部南风8级阵风9～10级转北风6～7级阵风8级，渤海和渤海海峡北风6～7级阵风8级减弱到5～6级。13日夜间到14日白天，半岛地区和内陆湖面东南风转北风4～5级阵风6～7级，其他内陆地区北风4级阵风5～6级减弱到3～4级。 14日下午台风影响基本结束。另外，14日夜间至15日夜间，我省中南部地区自西向东将有一次较强降水过程，聊城、鲁中和鲁南地区有大雨局部暴雨或大暴雨，其他地区有雷雨或阵雨。此次台风给我省中东部地区带来较强降水，叠加15日前后降水，暴雨灾害风险较高。低洼地块和路段可能出现积水或内涝，隐患点附近容易出现山洪、地质灾害和中小河流洪水，请加强防范。

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind, and personnel should not go out at will, to ensure that the elderly and children stay in the safest place in the home, and those in dangerous houses should be transferred in time.

山东省气象台于7月13日16时00分继续发布海上大风黄色预警：预计13日夜间，黄海中部南风8级阵风9～10级，渤海海峡和黄海北部东南风6～7级阵风8级增强到7级阵风8～9级，渤海东北风5～6级转北风6～7级阵风8级。14日白天，黄海北部和中部南风8级阵风9～10级转北风6～7级阵风8级，渤海和渤海海峡北风6～7级阵风8级减弱到5～6级。13日夜间到14日白天，半岛地区和内陆湖面东南风转北风4～5级阵风6～7级，其他内陆地区北风4级阵风5～6级减弱到3～4级。
