The Lingbi County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 10:18 am on February 15, 2026. Affected by cold air, the average wind speed in most towns and villages in our county, such as Weiji, Louzhuang, Yinji, Huigou, Fengmiao, Yugou, and Chaoyang, can reach around level 6 within 24 hours, with gusts of up to level 8 or above.
