湖南省气象台2026年5月18日7时升级发布暴雨黄色预警：预计18日8时至19日8时，湘西北大部分地区将出现暴雨，其中湘西州南部、张家界东部、常德北部、怀化中部有大暴雨（100~150毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强40~60毫米）、雷雨大风（局地阵风7~9级）等强对流天气，请加强防范。黄色预警区域：湘西州、张家界、常德大部、益阳北部、岳阳西北部、怀化中北部。
