陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2026年08月12日18时20分发布第60期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2026年08月12日20时至2026年08月13日20时，咸阳市泾阳县、淳化县，铜川市耀州区，渭南市潼关县，安康市平利县、旬阳市、白河县，商洛市洛南县、丹凤县、商南县等县（市、区）发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,西安市临潼区、长安区、鄠邑区、蓝田县、周至县，宝鸡市眉县，咸阳市三原县、礼泉县、兴平市，铜川市王益区、印台区，渭南市临渭区、华州区、大荔县、合阳县、澄城县、蒲城县、白水县、富平县、华阴市，安康市宁陕县、镇坪县，商洛市商州区、山阳县、镇安县、柞水县等县（市、区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。

麟游县气象台2026年08月12日10时00分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计下述地区未来24小时内将受大风影响，平均风力可达6级以上（阵风7级以上）：九成宫镇、常丰镇、招贤镇、酒房镇、丈八镇、两亭镇、崔木镇，请注意防范。

Guidelines

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

4. Pedestrians should avoid riding bicycles as much as possible, and do not stay under billboards, temporary structures, etc. when the wind is blowing;

5. Relevant departments and units pay attention to the fire prevention of forests and grasslands.
