At 14:30 on February 14, 2026, Jinan Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: Due to strong cold air, it is expected that all streets in Lixia District, Shizhong District, Huaiyin District, Tianqiao District, Licheng District, Nanshan District and Qidian District of our city will experience cold wave weather from the night of the 14th to the 16th. The temperature is rapidly decreasing, with a maximum temperature of around 7 ℃ on the 15th and 16th, and a decrease of around 15 ℃ in the maximum temperature; On the morning of the 16th, the temperature dropped to its lowest point, around -7 ℃ in Nanshan District and Qidian District, and around -3 ℃ in Lixia District, Shizhong District, Huaiyin District, Tianqiao District, and Licheng District, with a decrease of 8-12 ℃ in the lowest temperature. In addition, from the night of the 14th to the day of the 15th, the average north wind speed was 4-5 levels with gusts of 7-8 levels, and the gusts in mountainous streets such as Zhonggong, Liubu, and Xiying could reach 9 levels.
