At 08:45 on July 6, 2025, the Nenjiang Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that Nenjiang Town, Changfu Town, Qianjin Town, Linjiang Township, Iraha Town, Shuangshan Town, Haijiang Town, Lianxing Township, Keluo Town, Baiyun Township, Tahi Township, Huolongmen Town, Duobaoshan Town, and Changjiang Township in our city will be affected by strong winds with an average wind speed of 5-6 levels and gusts of 7 levels or above in the next 24 hours. Relevant units and individuals are advised to take preventive measures. Defense Guidelines: 1. Governments, mines, and relevant departments should carry out wind prevention work in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Close doors and windows, reinforce structures such as enclosures, sheds, and billboards that are easily moved by the wind, properly place outdoor items that are susceptible to strong winds, and cover building materials; 3.
