琼结县气象局1月28日19时00分发布大风黄色预警信号：受高空急流影响，预计1月28日19时至29日07时，我县高海拔地区局地阵风可达10级以上（≥24.5米/秒），其余各乡镇阵风达7～8级（13.9～20.7米/秒）。琼结河谷一带将出现明显扬沙天气。防御指南：1.请加强防范大风、扬沙天气对交通运输以及电力、通讯设施、城乡运行有不利影响，相关部门应采取安全保障措施。2.需做好临时搭建物、高空悬挂物等的防风加固工作。3.草场火险等级偏高，相关部门需加强巡查和管护，同时做好火源管控。
