The Wanning Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 23:33 on November 17, 2025: Due to the influence of cold air, the average wind speed in Longgun Town, Hele Town, Dong ao Town, Shangen Town, Wancheng Town, Liji Town, Shimei Riyue Bay, Dahuajiao Laoyehai, and Zhengmen Sea Xiaohai in our city can reach level 6 or above and gusts of level 7-8 from 02:00 to 17:00 on the 18th. It is recommended that relevant units and personnel take preventive measures.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
