海南省气象局2026年08月19日19时00分发布台风四级预警：南海北部热带扰动已于今天（19日）下午加强为热带低压，下午5点钟其中心位于海南文昌偏东方向约270公里的海面上（北纬19.6度，东经113.4度），外围最大风力有7级（15米/秒），中心最低气压为998百帕。预计，南海热带低压今天夜间将在原地回旋少动，20日将以每小时5-10公里的速度向偏西方向缓慢移动，穿过海南岛后移入北部湾海面，强度变化不大。受其影响，19日夜间到20日白天，南海大部分海区及海南岛沿海阵风有8～9级，请南海中北部海域过往船只、海上作业平台迅速采取避风措施。
