海南省气象局2025年08月16日18时10分发布台风四级预警：原位于南海中部的热带扰动已于16日17时加强为热带低压，其中心位于北纬15.8度、东经113.1度，即距离三沙市（西沙永兴岛）东南方向约140公里海面上，中心附近最大风力6级（12米/秒）。预计，该低压将以每小时10-15公里的速度向西北方向移动，趋向海南岛东部一带沿海，强度变化不大。受其影响，8月16日夜间～18日西沙群岛附近海面、本岛四周海面和北部湾海面，风力将逐渐增大到6～7级、阵风8～9级；海南岛东北半部地区有暴雨到大暴雨。

海南省气象局2025年08月16日17时00分继续发布暴雨四级预警：受南海热带系统和偏东气流共同影响，预计未来24小时，文昌、琼海、万宁、海口、澄迈、屯昌、琼中和定安等8个市县的部分乡镇将出现100-150毫米的强降水；陵水、保亭、儋州、白沙、临高和三亚等6个市县的部分乡镇将出现50-80毫米的降水，请有关单位和人员做好防范工作。
