山东省气象台于7月12日11时00分继续发布台风黄色预警：今年第9号台风“巴威”12日11时中心位于安徽省宣城市宁国市境内，中心附近最大风力10级（28米/秒，强热带风暴级），中心最低气压985百帕。预计，“巴威”将以每小时10-15公里的速度向西北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱，13日傍晚前后以热带风暴（8～9级）或热带低压（6～7级）强度从鲁南进入我省，沿我省南部沿海继续北上。降雨：预计12日下午台风“巴威”外围云系开始影响我省，14日夜间影响基本结束，伴有短时强降水、雷电和8～10级雷雨阵风，最大小时降水量40～60毫米。全省累积平均降水量20～40毫米，强降水主要集中在13日白天至14日，其中，临沂、日照、潍坊、青岛、烟台和威海有大雨到暴雨，局部大暴雨（30～60毫米，局部150～200毫米，个别站点可达250毫米以上），其他地区有小到中雨局部大雨或暴雨（5～15毫米，局部50毫米以上）。大风：12日白天起风力逐渐增大，其中，12日下午至13日白天，半岛和内陆湖面东南风6～7级阵风8级，其他地区东到东北风4～5级阵风6～7级。13日夜间至14日，半岛和内陆湖面东南风转北风4～5级阵风6～7级，其他地区北风4阵风5～6级减弱到3～4级。此次台风影响我省中东部地区时间长、累积雨量较大，有暴雨和大风灾害风险。低洼地块和路段可能出现积水或内涝，隐患点附近容易出现山洪、地质灾害和中小河流洪水；大风对海上生产、室外作业等有不利影响，请加强防范。
