上林县气象台30日2时58分发布雷雨大风黄色预警信号：目前上林县明亮、大丰、澄泰等乡镇已经出现7级以上阵风并伴有雷电，预计未来3小时，上林县三里、澄泰、白圩等乡镇仍将有7级以上阵风，并伴有短时强降水，请注意防范。
