At 20:29 on July 3, 2025, the Shangsi County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal: Currently, the thunderstorm cloud cluster is located in Qinzhou and is gradually moving towards the west. It is expected that thunderstorms will occur in towns such as Naqin, Gongzheng, Siyang, Jiao an, and Hualan within the next 6 hours, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall and 6-7 level winds. Please take precautions.
