The Shangyu District Meteorological Observatory in Shaoxing City issued a blue frost warning signal at 16:10 on March 9, 2026: Due to the combined effects of cold air and radiation cooling, it is expected that the lowest temperature in Lingnan, Chenxi, Xiaguan, Dingzhai, Zhangzhen and other townships (towns) in our district will be 1-3 ℃ tomorrow morning, with frost.
