At 19:55 on November 16, 2025, the Shangyu District Meteorological Observatory in Shaoxing City issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: affected by the cold wave, all townships (towns, streets) in our district will experience a strong cooling, strong winds, and weak precipitation process from the 17th to the 18th. The daily average temperature process will cool down by about 10 ℃. The lowest temperature in the morning of the 18th to the 20th will be 2-4 ℃, with frost, around 0 ℃ in mountainous areas, and thin ice. The maximum gust on the 17th will be 6-8 levels, and some areas in high mountainous areas will be 8-9 levels.
