At 13:09 on March 27, 2026, the Tacheng Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the daytime of the 28th to the daytime of the 29th, Tacheng City, Bozidak Town, Yemenle Township, Karahabak Township, the 162nd and 163rd Regiments of the 9th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps will have a wind force of about 7 degrees east, and the wind force on the Kesu Obsen line will be 8 to 9 degrees. Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
