新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年12月31日10时05分将大风蓝色升级为大风黄色预警信号：目前，塔城地区北部、阿勒泰地区西部、乌鲁木齐市南部、昌吉州东部、哈密市北部等地的部分区域已经出现11～12级偏东风，预计今天白天到夜间，上述区域的大风仍将持续，风口阵风可达12～13级，局地伴有风吹雪，请加强防范。
