铜仁市应急管理局发布防汛抗旱风险提示

根据气象预报，8月28日下午至30日，受台风外围云系影响，全市多阵雨或雷雨天气，并伴有5-7级瞬时大风，其中29日白天至30日夜间局地中到大雨，个别乡镇暴雨，29日至9月1日局地风力达8级以上，局地伴有短时强降水、雷电、瞬时大风等强对流天气，风力达 5-7 级，局地超过8级。请各地各有关部门密切关注气象变化，加密监测研判和滚动预警，强化预警响应联动、部门协同联动。提前做好防范应对工作，有效防范局地强降雨对景区运营、户外作业、交通出行等领域造成的不利影响。同时深刻吸取近期省外泥石流、滑坡等灾害事故教训，紧盯地质灾害隐患点、风险斜坡、景区景点、水库山塘、交通运输等风险部位和重点区域巡查管控，认真落实“五有”工作机制和"四个一律"工作要求，抓好群众转移避险，严防灾害造成人员伤亡。遇突发险情灾情第一时间处置并报告，市应急局值班电话：0856-5206570。

万山区气象台2026年08月28日16时30分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时内我区万山镇、茶店、大坪、黄道、高楼坪等乡镇（街道）将受到大风影响，平均风力可达6级，阵风7级，建议尽量不要在玻璃门窗、广告牌、危棚简屋等附近逗留。

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

4. Pedestrians should avoid riding bicycles as much as possible, and do not stay under billboards, temporary structures, etc. when the wind is blowing;

5. Relevant departments and units pay attention to the fire prevention of forests and grasslands.
