广西区气象台2026年07月04日09时00分继续发布台风黄色预警：第10号台风“美莎克”3日18时20分前后在海南陵水沿海登陆。4日05时位于北部湾海面，强度为热带风暴级。预计，“美莎克”以每小时10-15公里向北偏西移动，强度变化不大，4日晚上将在广西和越南北部交界附近沿海再次登陆（热带风暴级），后向偏北移动，强度逐渐减弱。受其影响，4日，北部湾海面有旋转风8～9级阵风10～11级，有暴雨、局地特大暴雨；沿海地区风力7～8级阵风9～10级，桂南风力6～7级阵风8～9级。
