Xiqing District Meteorological Observatory updates orange fog warning

At 23:45 on November 4, 2025, the Xiqing District Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow warning signal for heavy fog to an orange warning signal for heavy fog. It is expected that from tonight to tomorrow morning, all streets and towns in our district will experience heavy fog with visibility less than 200 meters, and locally with visibility less than 50 meters. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Description
Fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters may appear within 6 hours, or fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters and greater than or equal to 50 meters may have appeared and will continue.
Guidelines
1. Relevant departments and units should do anti-fog work according to their responsibilities;
2. Airports, highways, ferry terminals and other units strengthen dispatching and command;
3. Drivers must strictly control the traveling speed of vehicles and ships;
4. Reduce outdoor activities.
