洋县气象台2025年08月22日23时38分发布雷雨大风黄色预警信号：未来6小时内下述地区可能受雷雨大风影响，阵风可达7级或以上并伴有雷电，局地短时暴雨，小时雨量可达10毫米以上：黄安镇、洋州街道、纸坊街道、八里关镇、关帝镇、华阳镇、黄家营镇、黄金峡镇、桑溪镇、龙亭镇、金水镇、槐树关镇、茅坪镇，请注意防范。

Guidelines

4. Stop outdoor group activities and evacuate people immediately;

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

省自然资源厅联合省气象局8月22日17时14分发布第46期地质灾害气象风险橙色预警：预计22日20时-23日20时，渭南市华州区东南部，商洛市洛南县北部局地、镇安县南部局地发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险高（橙色预警）；西安市长安区、鄠邑区、蓝田县，渭南市华州区、华阴市、潼关县，延安市宝塔区、延长县、延川县、志丹县、吴起县、宜川县、黄龙县、黄陵县，榆林市榆阳区、定边县、米脂县、佳县、清涧县，汉中市南郑区、西乡县、宁强县、略阳县、镇巴县，安康市汉滨区、汉阴县、石泉县、紫阳县、恒口示范区，商洛市山阳县、镇安县、洛南县、柞水县发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险较高（黄色预警），各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。

陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2025年08月22日09时30分发布第64期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2025年08月22日10时至2025年08月23日10时，汉中市南郑区、城固县，安康市汉滨区、汉阴县、宁陕县、岚皋县、平利县、镇坪县、旬阳市，商洛市商南县、山阳县、镇安县等县（市、区）发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,延安市富县、洛川县，汉中市汉台区、洋县、西乡县、宁强县、略阳县、留坝县、佛坪县，安康市石泉县、白河县，商洛市洛南县等县（区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。请各地各部门落实防御责任，紧盯危险区与强降雨重叠区，加强实地监测与预警叫应，提前做好转移避险防范。
