延吉市气象局和延吉市森林草原防灭火指挥部办公室4月19日15时50分联合发布森林火险黄色预警信号：预计今天夜间到明天白天，多云，有小雨，偏东风3～4级，最高气温16℃，森林火险气象等级为3级，市应急管理局、市林业和草原局、市气象局联合提醒注意做好预防工作。
