佳木斯市气象台11月12日11时05分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：佳木斯市城区各街道（乡、镇）13-14日有显著降温天气，48小时内最低气温将下降8℃以上，14日夜间最低气温可达（-10）℃以下，请注意防范。
