At 11:13 on November 6th, the Jiamusi Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: it is expected that the lowest temperature in all streets (townships, towns) of Jiamusi City will drop by more than 8 ℃ within 48 hours. On the night of the 7th, the lowest temperature in most parts of our city will drop to (-11)~(-9) ℃. Please prepare in advance for cold weather and warmth.
