炎陵县气象台2026年9月17日17时23分升级暴雨预警信号为红色：过去1小时炎陵县策源乡等乡镇降雨量已达62毫米，预计炎陵县未来2小时降雨量30～40毫米，累计雨量将达100毫米以上，并伴随雷雨大风、雷电等强对流天气，致灾风险很高，请特别加强防范。
