The Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 2:02 am on August 18, 2025: it is expected that there will be strong winds in the mountainous areas of the north and south in the next 24 hours, with gusts of 9-10 levels in the wind direction and Daban area; Kuerle, Luntai, Yuli, Hejing, Yanqi, Heshuo, Bohu, Ruoqiang and Qiemo have gusts of 8 or above in some areas, and gusts can reach 9-10 in some areas. Description
