At 17:15 on July 9, 2026, the Yumin County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from this afternoon to the daytime of the 10th, some companies in Harabula Town, Jiyeke Town, Harabula Township, Xindi Township, Aleteng Yemule Township, Jiangge Township, and 161st Regiment of Yumin County will intermittently experience gusts of about 7 levels to the west. Some areas along the well irrigation area and some parts of the southern mountainous area will have wind speeds of 8 to 9 levels, gusts of 10 levels, and some areas will have sandstorms. Various preventive measures need to be taken in advance.
