At 10:17 am on February 9, 2026, the Yumin County Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow warning signal for strong winds to an orange warning signal for strong winds: Currently, the Togezi Basin National Meteorological Observatory along the well irrigation area in Yumin County has experienced 11 level easterly gusts. It is expected that from day to night today, there will still be gusts of around 11 levels to the east in some areas along the well irrigation area of Altang Yemule Township, Xindi Township, Halabula Township, and Jiyeke Town in Yumin County, as well as in some parts of the southern mountainous areas.
