At 17:42 on February 3, 2026, the Yumin County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that from the night of the 3rd to the day of the 4th, there may be road icing affecting traffic in Harabula Town, Harabula Township, Jiyeke Town, Xindi Township, Altang Yemule Township, Jiangge Township, and some companies of the 161st Regiment in Yumin County. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
