新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年8月31日16时47分将大风蓝色升级为大风黄色预警信号：目前，博州、塔城地区北部、克拉玛依市、昌吉州东部、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的部分区域已出现10～11级西北阵风，预计今天夜间到明天白天，上述区域和克州、阿克苏地区、巴州等地的部分区域仍将有10级西北阵风，风口风力11～12级，三十里、百里风区阵风13级左右，请加强防范。

新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年8月31日16时8分发布道路结冰黄色预警信号：预计今天夜间至明天白天，伊犁河谷东部南部、阿勒泰地区北部东部、昌吉州、乌鲁木齐市、巴州北部、哈密市北部等地山区（海拔2500米以上）的局部区域有雨转雨夹雪或雪天气，且降温明显，上述区域地表温度将降至0℃以下，路面积雪、道路湿滑，可能出现对交通有影响的道路结冰。请加强防范。
