At 5:05 pm on September 15, 2025, the Yumin County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from tonight to the night of the 16th, there will be a strong wind of about 8 levels in the first line of the well irrigation area in Yumin County, some areas in the southern mountainous areas, and some companies of the 161st regiment of the 9th division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, with local wind speeds of 9 to 10 levels and gusts of 11 levels. Various preventive measures need to be taken in advance.
Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
