广西区气象台2026年07月03日09时00分将台风蓝色预警提升为黄色：南海热带低压3日凌晨加强为第10号台风“美莎克”（热带风暴级），08时位于海南陵水偏南方135公里的南海海面。预计，“美莎克”以每小时10-15公里向西北方移动，强度有所加强，3日白天在海南三亚到琼海一带登陆，穿过海南后移入北部湾，4日晚上在广西沿海和越南北部沿海再次登陆。受其影响，3日下午至4日，北部湾海面旋转风8～9级阵风10～11级，有暴雨局地特大暴雨；沿海平均风7～8级阵风9～10级，桂南平均风6～7级阵风8～9级。
