At 12:51 on April 28, 2026, the Altay Regional Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from 19:00 on April 28 to 11:00 on April 29, there will be 7 to 8 levels of westerly winds in the valleys and plains of Altay region, and wind speeds of up to 9 levels in Chaleshhai Township, Kokbuka, Seretier, and Muhurtai in Jimunai County, Jiangawuzi, Omar Tao, and Koksun Mountain in Burqin County, Wulunguhu Lake District and Huangwohai Area in Fuhai County, Dure Town and Karabulgen Township in Fuyun County. Please pay attention to strengthening prevention measures.

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
