The Baoying County Meteorological Observatory issued a high temperature yellow warning signal at 17:26 on July 29, 2026: it is expected that the highest temperature in all towns (development zones) of our county will reach over 35 ℃ from July 30 to August 1. The County Safety and Consumer Affairs Office, Flood Control Office, and Meteorological Bureau jointly remind people to pay attention to prevention.

Description

The daily maximum temperature will be above 35°C for three consecutive days.

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units shall make preparations for heatstroke prevention and cooling in accordance with their duties;

2. Minimize outdoor activities in the afternoon;

3. Provide heatstroke prevention and cooling guidance for the elderly, the weak, the sick, and the young;

4. Those who work under high temperature conditions and need to do outdoor work for a long time during the day should take necessary protective measures.

扬州市气象台2026年07月29日16时54分升级发布高温橙色预警信号：预计30日我市广陵区、经开区、景区、生态科技新城、仪征、邗江、江都的大部分乡镇（街道）最高气温可达37℃，宝应、高邮的大部分乡镇（街道）最高气温将达35℃以上，请注意防暑降温。市防减救灾办和市气象局联合提醒加强防范。
