新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2026年2月23日10时13分发布大风黄色预警信号：预计今天午后至24日夜间（哈密市至25日上午），博州、塔城地区、阿勒泰地区、克拉玛依市、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州东部、克州、阿克苏地区西部北部、巴州北部、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的部分区域先后有8级左右西北阵风，风口风力10～11级，博州、塔城地区、克拉玛依市、吐鲁番市等地风口阵风12级，哈密市风口阵风13～14级，局部区域有风吹雪。请加强防范。
