山东省气象台于11月1日06时00分继续发布海上大风黄色预警：受较强冷空气影响，预计1日白天，北风，渤海和渤海海峡6～7级阵风8级增强到7～8级阵风9～10级，黄海北部6～7级阵风8级增强到7级阵风8～9级，黄海中部6～7级阵风8级；1日夜间，北风，渤海、渤海海峡和黄海北部7～8级阵风9～10级减弱到7级阵风8～9级，黄海中部7级阵风8～9级；2日白天到夜间，渤海海峡、黄海北部和中部北风7级阵风8～9级减弱到5～6级，渤海北风6～7级阵风8级转南风5～6级。

山东省气象台于11月1日06时00分继续发布陆地大雾黄色预警：10月31日夜间，鲁西北、鲁南、鲁中和青岛的部分地区出现了能见度不足500米的浓雾，局部地区能见度不足50米。预计11月1日早晨到上午，上述地区仍将出现能见度低于500米的浓雾，局部地区出现能见度不足50米的特强浓雾。
Description
Fog with visibility less than 500 meters may appear within 12 hours, or fog with visibility less than 500 meters and greater than or equal to 200 meters may have appeared and will continue.
