东丽区气象台于2026年08月10日11时30分发布暴雨黄色预警信号：预计8月11日夜间至13日白天，我区所有街道有暴雨，累计雨量70-100毫米，个别点累计雨量可达120毫米以上，主要降雨时段在12日。强降雨易引发城市积涝，低洼地区易发生农田渍涝，请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。

4. Check the drainage system of cities, farmlands, and fish ponds, and take necessary drainage measures.

天津市气象台于2026年08月10日10时43分发布暴雨橙色预警信号：预计8月11日夜间至13日白天，我市有暴雨，大部分地区累计雨量70-100毫米，蓟州、武清、西青、静海、滨海新区南部局部100-150毫米，个别点累计雨量可达200毫米以上，主要降雨时段在12日。强降雨易引发城市积涝，山区及浅山区有发生中小河流洪水、山洪、地质灾害的风险，低洼地区易发生农田渍涝，请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。
