忻州市水利局和忻州市气象局2025年8月26日19时00分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：预计26日20时到27日20时，受强降水影响，我市偏关县、河曲县、繁峙县发生山洪可能性较大（黄色预警），保德县、神池县、五寨县、岢岚县、静乐县、宁武县、原平市、忻府区、定襄县、代县、五台县、五台山风景名胜区可能发生山洪（蓝色预警）。其他地区也可能因局地短历时强降水引发山洪灾害，请各有关部门注意做好实时监测、防汛预警和转移避险等防范工作。

繁峙县水利局和繁峙县气象局2025年8月26日18时30分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险预警：预计26日18时30分到27日18时30分，受强降水影响，我县可能发生山洪（蓝色预警）。防御要求： 1.责任人立即上岗到位。 2.密切关注天气预报、雨水情监测预警情况。 3.加强山洪灾害可能影响区域的巡查值守。 4.加强监测预警，适时启动预案，及时、果断转移受威胁群众，强化转移路线与安置区安全监管。 5.组织山洪灾害专题会商，安排部署山丘区水库的防汛工作。 6.按照包保责任，有关人员赴强降雨乡（镇)村,督促指导工作。 7.提醒涉河涉沟景区加强安全管控，漫水路面、险路危桥及时闭封。 8.加强涉洪在建工程工地营地、网红打卡地管理。
