【汕头暴雨黄色预警】受台风“杨柳”影响，预计19时起中心城区及附近海面将自东向西出现暴雨，最大小时雨量可达30～50毫米，并伴有雷暴，汕头市气象台8月13日18时55分发布暴雨黄色预警信号，请注意防御。
