At 6:27 am on July 23, 2026, Honghe County Meteorological Observatory and Honghe County Water Affairs Bureau jointly issued a Level III warning for mountain flood disaster risk: it is expected that the risk level of mountain flood disasters in towns such as Dima and Sancun in our county will be Level III (relatively high) in the next 6 hours.
